Come and decorate this festive Gingerbread themed set from Corianne's book with her! This class is open to all levels of decorators, including beginners!
Techniques & concepts covered in this class:
- Outlining, flooding and detail work with royal icing, highlighting the different uses for piping, flood and thicker consistencies.
- How to layer and create dimension within your designs.
- How to make fondant accents.
- How to use edible glitter.
All cookies and icing are prepared in advance. Equipment and supplies are included for use during the class along with instruction, live demonstrations and guidance throughout.
You will leave with your completed sugar cookies in a bakery box and a copy of our vanilla sugar cookie and royal icing recipes. Students also receive 20% off any in store purchases at our supply shop the day of the class.
Classes are held in the Cookie Couture Studio space at #60, 1331 44 Ave NE Calgary and are scheduled for 3.5 hours, although the actual time to complete can vary depending on the pace of the group. Complimentary coffee & tea will be available, please arrive up to 10 minutes early to get settled in.
All classes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. Spots may be transferred to another person for the same date and time - please communicate any changes in registrant information to a Cookie Couture representative prior to the class. Due to space, seats are only available for paid ticket participants.
