Get the effect of pool water on a sunny day, using only one stencil! Perfect for ocean waves and mermaid lagoons.

How to use this water stencil:

  1. Flood your cookie with a medium blue color. Let fully dry.
  2. With a slightly darker blue, airbrush the stencil pattern onto the cookie.
  3. After that dries, rotate the stencil 180* and use white airbrush color to airbrush the stencil again.
