Edible wafer paper in .35mm (AD premium grade) & .60mm (DD double thick grade). Each sheet measures 8x12", available individually or as a package of 5.

Wafer paper, also known as rice paper can be used in edible ink printers or coloured by hand. It is recommended to use oil based or dust pigments. Wafer paper is brittle when exposed to water, so avoid using water-based or alcohol coloring methods. You CAN airbrush, but do so lightly so that the paper doesn't become too damp.


Ingredients: Potato starch, vegetable oil &water.
