Join us for a cake pop workshop with Mandy Morrison of Just Dipped YYC! This class will include demonstrations on chocolate types, what chocolate is best for different projects, colouring chocolate, and how to make your very own cake pop dough.
All equipment and supplies are included for use during the class along with instruction, live demonstrations and guidance throughout. You will be working with Mandy’s signature chocolate fudge cake pop dough to create 6 beautiful.. you guessed it, strawberries! You will take home everything that you create in a bakery box to enjoy at home (if you have any left by the end of class). Students also receive 20% off of any in store purchases at the Cookie Couture supply shop following the class!
Classes are held at #60, 1331 44 Ave NE Calgary and are scheduled for 2.5 hours, although they can go over or under depending on the pace of the group. Please arrive up to 10 minutes early to get settled in.
Please note that seats are only available for paid participants and that classes are non refundable, nor transferrable to another date once purchased. You may transfer your spot to another person for the same date and time, but must let us know of the new participants information prior to the class.
